「あいさつ」 の大切さ
4月から本校の副校長として赴任させていただきました。最初に本校に足を運んで感じたのは、自然の豊かさ素晴らしさです。赴任した折は、駐車場から芝生広場への小道の桜が満開でしたが、今はツツジが美しく咲き誇っています。幼稚園の前の芝桜も鮮やかです。子ども達のことで感じたのは、そのやさしさと、素直さです。遠くからでも私の姿が見えると大きな声で元気よく挨拶してくれる子。ツツジの花びらを、水をはったカップに入れてプレゼントしてくれた子もいました。まだ本校に来たばかりの私に気さくに声をかけ、挨拶をしてくれる子ども達は、ほんとに素敵だなと思います。子ども達のコミュニケーション能力不足が言われる昨今ですが、豊かな自然の中で伸び伸びと生活する本校の子ども達にはそんな心配はないのかもしれません。

新入生のための部活動紹介
部活動紹介が講堂にて行われました。
文化部は、吹奏楽部、美術部、茶道部、パソコン研究部、
ボランティア部、家庭科クラブ、ESSクラブです。
運動部は、バレー部、バスケットボール部、テニス部です。
各部の紹介やパフォーマンスを鑑賞した新入生達は
放課後、早速体験入部していたようでした。

【卒業生近況】Hello! Everyone!
オーストラリア留学中の生徒からメールが届きました。
Hello!Everyone!
I'm Yuuri in Australia.
Two months have passed we came to here.
We are used to living Australia life(^^)/
First one is OLSH's summer school uniform.
But we have to wear winter uniform next term.
Second one is athletic carnival.
I threw a javelin(^^*)By the way Emi and I are yellow team.
So we had my black hair dyed yellow to my friend.
Sakura and Yu are blew team.But they did not dye:)
Third one is when we were surfing the sea.
It was hot day so we got sunburned XD
I realy realy like surfing(*^3^)/
This one is my host borther.
He is Liam and 9 years old.
I have Mum and two sisters and brother.
Madeline is of my age.Jessica is 13 years old.
I always jump on trampoline with Jessica.
The other day we talked three hours at night.
The ramaining six months I should like to use rest of my Australia life.
Well,I'll send pictures again!See yah!!!

【卒業生近況】新入生のみなさんへ
まずは新一年生の皆さん、合格、ご入学おめでとうございます。
カナダに留学している二年生です。
担任の先生より、専願入試だけで留学コースに十三人も合格したと聞きました。今年は１ーAも教室も、ますます賑やかになりそうで何よりです。顔が見れないのが残念!
今留学のことなんていまいちピンと来ないでしょうが、勉強は先生方の授業、宿題等をちゃんとやっておけば大丈夫です! どの先生方も良い方ばかりです。がんばれ!
(私たちも含め!)二年、三年の先輩方も、こちらも優しくて格好良くて便りがいのある方ばかりです。安心してついていってください!

カナダ留学中の生徒からメールが届きました。
Hello! I'm studying abroad in Canada now.
I'll introduce to you about my life with pictures
The first one is a picture of woods behind my house.
But nowaday the snow is melting..
THe next one is of the school cafeteria.
Almost all of student eat lunch here.
In the next one.I took this picture with my friends at Drama class.
We don't have uniforms.
There is just high school students in this school.The students population is large!
Then is the Drama class.
Now we are learning about reading poems.
I love this class!
And the last one is of the ceiling of cafeteria. Those flags show where students native countries are.
One evening I went to the university here to watch an opera and one day I went to pool to sit related little boys.
I enjoy studying abroad here!!

【卒業生近況】I'm having very nice time in Australia!
I'm having very nice time in Australia!
We had a swimming carnival on February 19th after school.
We went to the Olympic pool by school bus. Everyone wore crazy costumes.
It was really funny!! I didn't swim because I didn't have my swimming costume.
But I really wanted to swim!! I was cheering with my friends & I was singing, dancing,
and screaming! It was really fun!!!
We went to excursion to the city and art gallery for a tea ceremony on March 26th.
And we ate Japanese foods!! Then we went to the Kinokuniya. There were many Japanese magazines, comics and stationerys. So Ｉ was very happy! But it was very very expencive! Magazine is $21!!
Classes are very hard for me. But my friends help me everyday!!!
We have easter holiday in one week!!=)

She said," It's really cute!!"
And this photo is of my friends Michaela and Dianna and I am in the pool's stand.
They are studying Japanese. Michaela can speak Japanese a little
Michaela is in year 11. Dianna is in year 10. I'm in year 10!
Dianna is my classmate. I love my friends!!!
